Use this page to request deletion of your account and runner data.
To delete your Train with the Bulldogs account, contact your coach or team administrator using the email address tied to your account. Include your account email address and runner name so the team can verify and process the request.
If you use Google sign-in, send the request from the same Google account email you use in the app.
Deletion removes or deactivates the app account and associated runner profile, authentication access, profile photo, imported training logs, wellness entries, comments, likes, and connected running data source records used by the team dashboard.
Account deletion requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained when needed for team operations, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or backup recovery, but retained records are no longer used for active athlete tracking.
